“Following lots of positive comments regarding the quality of redsnapper gear I ordered a RS-283 tripod and RSH-528 3 way head from their site. I arranged with Joe to call in and collect it on my way to a business meeting and I cannot commend enough their service and customer friendly attitude. I ended up paying a bit more for the RSH-12 ball head after Joe and I chatted about the differences between the two and time spent looking at each. They are a great company to do business with and deserve our support. I for one will look to them first to see what else they’ve got before spending with the big bullyboys”
