Hi Redsnapper,

Just wanted to say thanks for helping me out recently. After many years of faithful service, my Red Snapper tripod was found to be missing a small screw, which affected its stability.
I honestly thought I was going to have to pay for an expensive repair or, worse, replace the tripod. But after identifying the required part, you sent a replacement the following day and my tripod is now back to tip-top condition.
Thanks for a brilliant product and the backup service to match. I will (continue to) recommend you to all of my photographic friends!
